Returns Made Easy
At Bunka Golf Co, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If your purchase isn't quite right, our simple self-service returns portal makes exchanging or returning your items quick and easy.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

Free from marks, odours or damage.

Returned with all original tags attached.

Returned in the original packaging where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Free Size Exchanges
Finding the perfect fit is important.
We offer free size exchanges for eligible Australian orders within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, you'll have the option to select another item or receive store credit.
Change of Mind
If you've changed your mind, eligible items can be returned for:

Store Credit, or
-
Refund (where applicable under Australian Consumer Law and our returns policy).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Clearance or Sale items marked as Final Sale.

Gift Cards.

Any personalised or customised products.
How to Start a Return
Our online returns portal, powered by Redo, makes the process simple.

Enter your order number and email address.

Select the item(s) you'd like to return.

Follow the instructions provided to complete your return.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the outcome.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund once it has been approved.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and can be redeemed online at any time. It does not expire unless required by applicable law.
Return Shipping

Free size exchanges are available for eligible Australian orders.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may apply unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, Bunka Golf Co will cover all return shipping costs.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace those rights.
